IMPACT helps parents, youth, and professionals to transform their lives through live classes by national experts. We value real interaction and direct support through small class sizes for an authentic experience for our audience. Our offerings ensure individuals put their learning into action immediately, and experience success as early as three or six weeks by creating an action plan for themselves.

The mission of IMPACT is to support parents, youth, adults and professionals to learn ideas, strategies, and take action in transforming their Life, Work and Relationship so that they can build healthy identities, strong relationships and improve their productivity and social lives, regardless of wherever they live and work.

  • IMPACT only works with top professionals with prestigious degrees in their fields. 
  • Unlike many elearning providers, who would offer a generic pre-recorded class, IMPACT offers a series of live and interactive classes, varying from three to six two-hour sessions, which allows you to build a relationship with your peers and instructor, ask questions and work on real action in your life.
  • IMPACT offers small sized classes that allow you to build a supportive community. 
  • This approach honors you as an individual and caters to your specific needs for your growth, and allows each class to be customized and tailored based on the people participating in classes. 
  • All IMPACT classes are virtual, synchronous and live. You get to meet with real people, and your instructor is a camera away from you.


  • Joining IMPACT does not require a big investment from its participants. While classes may include some light preparation and action plans, these are meaningful actions individuals take to better their lives, instead of meeting a set curriculum expectations for a degree requirement. 
  • IMPACT’s classes are very affordable, do not require a semester-long commitment and allow individuals to choose 3 or 6 week sessions.
  • In order to benefit from classes IMPACT offers, all you need is a camera, a good internet connection, and a PC or tablet. 
  • Classes are never at daytime, they are offered at convenient times such as evenings after 5 pm and over the weekends for working individuals.
  • You will receive customized information tailored to your specific needs and resources provided by your instructor.
  • At the end of your class, you will have built a supportive community of like-minded individuals sharing similar challenges as you.
  • You will be better prepared to face the daily challenges coming your way, whether they are parenting, coaching, academic, or work related. 
  • You will also receive a formal certificate by IMPACT documenting your attendance and hourly training information.
  • During the classes, you will receive private links of class recordings, which will be deleted right after the class, protecting confidentiality and trust.

While we value small class sizes for participation, we also recognize that they can limit the number of registrations. We want to make sure all of our participants would be able to register in our classes, so IMPACT offers classes in repeat sessions throughout the year based on high interest and waitlist.

Learn About Our Logo 


At the heart of the IMPACT logo lies a specially crafted version of the Möbius Strip. The usage of this symbol directly relates to the existence of the Möbius concept. A Möbius Strip is a surface that can be formed by taking a paper strip, twisting it half a turn, and then joining the ends together. 

This results in a one-sided, non-orientable surface, showcasing concepts like non-orientability and infinity in topology.  Moreover, if one were to traverse a Möbius Strip from a point to an area, unlike a typical circle, they would not return to the starting point.  

This symbol embodies the transformative and developmental nature of education, hence utilized in the IMPACT logo to symbolize lifelong learning. Furthermore, its circular nature not only facilitates the transformation of learning but also emphasizes the cyclical aspect, indicating that the more one evolves, the more they learn.  

The themes of lifelong learning, change, and transformation depicted in the logo are further supported by the choice of colors. Cardinal Red and White, two of the primary colors in educational institutions for many years, alongside being the primary elements comprising the IMPACT logo. These colors strengthen the significance of the logo, emphasizing the importance of education and the continuous process of learning and growth.
